Training
needs for European Works Council members
Based on a survey of EWC members, the skills, knowledge & competences
needed for EWC members have been set out by an international team of trade
unionists. Based on this an interactive tool has been designed to conduct
training needs analysis for EWC members. This will assist EWC members and
trainers to indentify requirements and design courses. The team inculded the
TUC, together with partners from Germany, Italy and Netherlands, and the
work was suported by the EU Leonardo Programme. |
